ARC Raiders has been keeping players busy lately, and the Converging Paths Project is one of those events that makes you think twice before selling anything. If you have been chasing ARC Raiders BluePrints, this project is worth a closer look, because a few of the rewards carry real long-term value. It runs alongside Forgotten Relics, so a lot of what you do for one event feeds straight into the other. That means less wasted effort, but only if you plan a bit and do not rush every item into the trader the moment it drops.

How the Project Actually Moves

The setup is pretty simple on paper. You head into the Projects menu, meet each stage requirement, and hand in the right materials or complete the combat task tied to that step. In practice, it is a bit more mixed than older Raider Projects. Some stages want damage against ARC enemies, while others want junk, relics, or event items pulled from Forgotten Relics. That mix keeps it from feeling like a pure grind. You are not stuck doing the same thing all week, which helps. Stage 1 is usually the quickest win, since it only asks for ARC damage in the Swamp area on Dam Battlegrounds. Most squads can knock that out in a few raids, maybe even sooner if the map rotation is kind.

Where the Time Goes

From there, the pace changes. Stages 2 through 5 lean hard into collection, and this is where players usually slow down. You will need common salvage, industrial parts, relic drops, and some event-only pieces that are tied to Forgotten Relics. Nothing here is especially hard, but the demands get pickier as you go. That is what catches people out. They save the easy stuff, then suddenly the project asks for something awkward that they sold three days ago. Stage 6 flips back to combat, but it does not let you off easy. Instead of standard gunplay, you need to deal damage with utility gear like Blaze Grenade Traps, Pulse Mines, Jolt Mines, Explosive Mines, and Surge Coils. It sounds odd at first, yet the earlier stages hand you some of those tools, so the project is quietly teaching you to keep what looks useless.

The Stage Most Players Get Stuck On

If there is one part that frustrates people, it is Stage 5. The reason is not complicated. It asks for Colorful Shoes across multiple rarity tiers, and the Legendary version is the one that really slows things down. Rare and Epic shoes show up often enough if you are playing regularly, but Legendary ones can drag the whole thing out. You might finish everything else and still sit there waiting on that last piece. That is why a lot of players now keep every Colorful Shoe they find, even the ones that seem unimportant at first glance. It is one of those items that feels disposable until the project reminds you it is not. A bit of hoarding here saves a lot of backtracking later, and honestly, that is just smarter play.

Rewards That Feel Worth the Effort

The reward path is a big reason people are sticking with Converging Paths. The Rascal II grenade launcher comes fairly early, so you do not need to finish the whole project before you start seeing something useful. For players who like to push Forgotten Relics every week, that early reward is a nice boost. The Surge Coil Blueprint is probably the standout, though. Blueprints matter because they open crafting options for good, not just for one season or one lucky drop. That is the kind of reward players remember. Stage 5 also gives out strong gear like the Photoelectric Cloak, Bobcat II, and the Combat Mk. 3 Flanking attachment. So even the stage that causes the most pain is loaded with things people will actually use. It is a fair trade, if you can get through the shopping list without getting annoyed.

Final Thoughts

The best way to handle this project is to stop thinking about each stage on its own. The whole thing works better when you treat it like one long route. Save utility items instead of cashing them in too early. Keep event collectibles until you know whether they matter later. Spread your raids out a bit, because there is no prize for finishing everything on day one, and a rushed run usually burns through good materials faster than expected. If you keep moving at a steady pace, Converging Paths is not just doable, it is one of the cleaner ways to build out your stash while you work toward buy ARC Raiders Loot and the rest of the event rewards before the deadline hits.
